What to Expect From Therapy

  • Intake Assessment: In our initial session, we’ll begin exploring your story, current concerns, and goals for therapy.

  • Building Rapport & Understanding Patterns: In the first few sessions, we’ll build a strong foundation for our therapeutic relationship while identifying patterns that may be keeping you stuck and clarifying areas for change.

  • Learning New Skills & Making Progress: As therapy progresses, you’ll learn and practice new skills to help you navigate challenges and move toward the life you want to build.

  • Maintaining Progress: As you work toward your goals, you’ll deepen your insight, strengthen the skills you’ve developed, and build confidence in navigating future challenges.
