Where Evidence-Based Therapy Meets Real Human Connection

We provide evidence-based therapy to adults throughout New York, helping clients navigate OCD, anxiety, relationship challenges, and major life transitions with clarity, compassion, and clinical expertise. Our work is grounded in practical, research-supported approaches that are tailored to each individual or couple we work with.

Who We Work With

We work with adults and couples navigating three primary areas of concern:

OCD and anxiety disorders including obsessive-compulsive patterns, intrusive thoughts, panic, phobias, social anxiety, and generalized anxiety.

Major life transitions, including divorce, breakups, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, early parenthood, career change, and other significant shifts in identity, relationships, or life direction.

Relationship and couples challenges, including communication difficulties, emotional disconnection, dating concerns, and marriage-related stress.

What to Expect From Therapy

Therapy starts with an intake session where we begin to understand your story, your goals, and what feels most important to you right now. We create a collaborative, supportive space where you can better understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck and begin developing practical tools for change.

Over time, therapy becomes a space for deeper insight, skill-building, and meaningful movement toward the life you want to build—at a pace that feels right for you.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one psychotherapy sessions with a licensed, evidence-based clinician. Individual therapy focuses on helping adults work through OCD, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and impulsivity while building practical tools for meaningful change. We also support individuals navigating major life transitions, including breakups, divorce, career change, job loss, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and early parenthood. In addition, we work with clients exploring relationship concerns, including dating, and difficulties in romantic relationships.
