We offer free 15-minute therapy consultations to prospective clients. This phone call is a great opportunity for you and a therapist to learn more about each other, ask each other questions, and explore what it might be like to work together.
We’re an out-of-network practice. You can instantly receive an insurance-reimbursement estimate using our website so you understand your out-of-network insurance benefits before booking. For those without OON benefits, we also offer accessible sliding-scale rates.

Transparent Rates
Our standard rates: $275 for individual therapy, 45 min; $325 for couples therapy, 60 min;
$50 per participant for support groups, 45 to 60 min.
Accessible Sliding-Scale Rates
We offer a sliding scale option when needed. If our standard rate feels too high, and you don’t have meaningful out-of-network benefits to off-set the cost, we invite you to utilize our sliding scale.
Our sliding scale is based on the Green Bottle Method, which allows us to make our services accessible to more people. This method considers more than just income, it asks you to consider what you can pay based on your personal financial experience. You select the rate that feels right for you. No questions asked and no forms required. In making this determination, we ask you to think about your financial security, access to resources, and what feels possible to you.
In doing so, we trust you to reflect honestly about how much you can afford, while staying as close to our standard rate as possible. This helps sustain our sliding scale system while keeping our practice healthy.
